Keep it Real is a lifestyle blog focused on natural and common sense living.

Alyssa and Kristen have been friends for 10+ years and met when they both chose to attend the same small, liberal arts college in eastern New York.  After college, Alyssa moved back to her rural hometown in upstate New York, and Kristen moved about as far away from home (Maine) as possible, landing in the mountains of northern California.  Though they live a country apart, both share an appreciation for natural living, good design, and a healthy sense of humor.
